Ann Mullins, OTR/L, B.S.O.T. - PT/OT Coordinator-Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
Ann has 15 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. Other settings she has worked in include inpatient hospital rehabilitation. and home health. Ann specializes in adult stroke rehab with emphasis and certification in the Neurodevelopmental Therapy approach. Future goals include teaching and program development.

Kris Kellberg, P.T., D.P.T. -Doctor of Physical Therapy. Also Bachelor of Science in Medicine and Licensed Massage Therapist
Kris has 4 years of experience in Physical Therapy. Other settings he has worked in include Inpatient Acute Hospital and Acute Rehab. Future Goals include becoming a Certified Geriatric Specialist.

Nolan Mack, OTR/L, M.O.T. -Master of Occupational Therapy. Also Bachelor of Science in Biology
Nolan has 3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. Other settings he has worked in include Outpatient, Acute Rehab, Pediatrics and Inpatient Acute Hospital . Nolan has specialties in wheelchair fitting and home evaluations. Future goals include training in upper extremity dysfunction and stroke rehabilitation.

Michelle Craig, OTR/L, O.T.D. -Occupational Therapy Clinical Doctorate. Also Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Theology
Michelle has 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. Other settings she has worked in include Acute, trauma, rehab, community-centered practice. Future goals include teaching and education/research, grant work, and research and program development for community centers.

Laura Swanson, P.T., D.P.T. -Doctor of Physical Therapy, Bachelor of Science in Biology
