The Welcome to Medicare Exam
Medicare covers a one-time preventive exam within the first 12 months you enroll. Medicare Advantage or Supplement plans cover 100% of many preventive screenings and exams, including colonoscopies, cardiovascular screenings, mammograms and prostate cancer screenings. More>>
Breast Cancer Screening (Mammograms)
1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer. Breast cancer usually can be treated successfully when found early. Medicare covers screening mammograms to check for breast cancer before you or a doctor may be able to find it. More>>
Colorectal Cancer Screening
Colorectal cancer is usually found in people age 50 or older, and the risk of getting it increases with age. Medicare covers colorectal screening tests to help find pre-cancerous polyps (growths in the colon) so they can be removed before they turn into cancer. More>>
