Personalized Care
- A dedicated staff member answers our office phones from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can locate staff immediately if you have an emergency.
- Most emergent and non-emergent situations will be seen the same day.
- Phone messages will be returned the same day unless the message is left after 4 p.m.
- Phone calls after hours will be taken by our answering service that will connect you to the on-call physician.
Working With Your Family Physician
We strive to maintain close communication with your family physician. This team-based approach assures that proper and informed decisions are made from diagnosis, through treatment and rehabilitation.
Results for any non-invasive test or procedure ordered by your primary care physician will be faxed to your physician’s office within 24 hours.

Our cardiologists participate in many national/international research studies to discover new methods of detection and treatment of heart disease. We use stateof- the-art technology to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease, and we stay updated on new programs in prevention.
Office Visits and Appointments
For routine care, please plan ahead to schedule a convenient appointment. We make every effort to see patients at their scheduled time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate 24-hour advance notice.
For New Patients
For our new patients, additional time is needed to complete patient registration forms. To save you time, you may obtain these forms in advance. Complete the forms prior to your first appointment and give them to the receptionist when you arrive at the clinic.
Insurance and Billing
Alegent Creighton Clinic accepts
most health insurance plans. Please bring your health insurance card and insurance company filing address to your appointment. If your insurance program requires a co-payment, we require payment at the time of check-in.
