Welcome to Alegent Creighton Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center, where patients are at the heart of our patient-focused care. Our campus is designed to heal the body, mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable, less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services include heart & vascular care, emergency services, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging.
Visiting Hours
Bergan Mercy does not have restricted visiting hours. Periodically, visitation may be limited because of special circumstances that may arise. We also recognize the importance of our new mothers' needs and have a nap time every day from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., however, moms do have the option of having visitors during this time. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions, please talk to a nurse or care provider.
Valet Parking
To make access to our facilities easier and safer for our patients, Alegent Creighton Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center offers complimentary valet parking. This service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at two locations - the main entrance to Bergan Mercy Medical Center and the main entrance to the Bergan Mercy Professional Center.
World Class Heart Care
 Bergan Mercy Medical Center is one of six Alegent Creighton Health hospitals to be accredited for chest pain and heart failure and certified in atrial fibrillation by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care.
Bergan Mercy demonstrated its expertise and commitment to quality patient care by meeting or exceeding a wide set of stringent criteria and underwent an on-site review by a team of SCPC's accreditation review specialists. The SCPC review team made special note of Alegent Creighton Health's attention to a system-wide approach and the excellent collaboration the system has with local emergency medical services.
Primary Stroke Center
 As a Certified Primary Stroke Center, Bergan Mercy follows nationally recognized standards and guidelines for stroke care, which can significantly improve patient outcomes and limit the long-term effects of the illness. Comprehensive stroke services include specialized emergency and inpatient care, physical rehabilitation and comprehensive outpatient therapy.
Maternity
The Alegent Creighton Health Maternity Center at Bergan Mercy offers expectant moms the most comfortable and comprehensive maternity services available with spacious, home-like settings and family-friendly guest sleeping accommodations. Most important, it's backed by the support of a full-service hospital.

Heart & Vascular Institute
The Alegent Creighton Health Heart & Vascular Institute is home to over 25 highly skilled cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardio-thoracic surgeons and vascular surgeons and the regions only Hybrid Operating Room. |
Cancer Center
The Alegent Creighton Health Cancer Center provides a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating cancer. Our cancer treatment services include surgery, medical and radiation oncology, dedicated inpatient oncology units and a wide array of support services. |

The Bergan Mercy Gift Shop carries a variety of gifts, cards, fresh flowers, balloons, snacks, personal care items, reading material and much more! Once you’ve made your selection, which includes your personal message, we’ll verify that the recipient is still a patient in the hospital.
