Cafeteria
The Bergan cafeteria is open seven days a week It is located on the lower level. From the main lobby entrance, go to the north hallway and take the north elevator to the lower level. Turn left and you will find the cafeteria at the end of the hall. The phone number is 402-398-6090.

Breakfast: 6:00 - 9:45 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Dinner 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Coffee Kiosk
The Healing Grounds Coffee Kiosk is located in the main lobby. Hours are: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Gift Shop
The Bergan Mercy Gift Shop is pleased to offer you the opportunity to send a personalized gift to cheer or comfort a friend or loved one. We carry a variety of gifts, cards, fresh flowers, balloons, snacks, personal care items, reading material and much more! Once you’ve made your selection, which includes your personal message, we’ll verify that the recipient is still a patient in the hospital. We’ll process your order and payment then deliver your gift right away!

This gift shop is located in the circle atrium area on the Lobby Level between Bergan One and Two, next door to the Outpatient Pharmacy.
Please note: Our gift shop is staffed by volunteers, so hours are subject to change based on availability. Thank you for your understanding. Due to certain health-related restrictions, certain items cannot be sent to some patients. We will contact you for an alternate choice if we are unable to deliver your gift. Our Gift Shop raises funds for the Bergan Mercy Medical Center Auxiliary. Proceeds from the shop benefit our patients and their families. We appreciate your support!

To obtain prices, please contact the hotel directly and indicate that you are interested in special rates for Alegent Creighton Health patients and families. Rates may or may not include breakfast. Alegent Creighton Health Patient eGreeting is a free service provided by volunteers and staff at Alegent Creighton Health. Simply complete the form, and we'll hand-deliver your message to the patient you care about.
Patient Information Line
Call 402-398-6314 to get general information regarding patients. Alegent Creighton Health will not provide any information as to the status of a patient due to federal privacy regulations in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Valet Parking
To make access to our facilities easier and safer for our patients, Alegent Creighton Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center offers complimentary valet parking. This service is available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. at two locations - the main entrance to Bergan Mercy Medical Center and the main entrance to the Bergan Mercy Professional Center.
Visiting Hours
Bergan Mercy does not have restricted visiting hours. Periodically, visitation may be limited because of special circumstances that may arise. We also recognize the importance of our new mothers' needs and have a nap time every day from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., however, moms do have the option of having visitors during this time. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions, please talk to a nurse or care provider.
