Julie Stanek is a licensed professional counselor and certified life coach. She graduated from the Counseling and Guidance Department at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and completed two-year Family Therapy Program at the Menninger Clinic. She has over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. Her professional background includes work at the Lincoln Regional Center, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Creighton University and Alegent Health. In 2006, she completed a two year coach training program at the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, California.
Julie’s passion is supporting people as they move through their life journey. By creating a safe space in which people courageously look at difficult experiences and consider their beliefs, goals and dreams, she works to help individuals remove obstacles that might be in the way of creating a life that has meaning and purpose – and joy!
