Joyce Foster holds a Master's degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Physician Assistant Program in 1986. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants, is BLS/ACLS-certified and licensed in Iowa and Nebraska. She is a member of The Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants (NAPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Iowa Physician Assistant Society (IPAS).
