Sharon Kryger has spent over 24 years in the public school system, contracting school psychology services with a variety of rural, middle-sized, and metro area schools school psychology. She has expertise in the areas of special education, supporting families of children with disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, gifted education, and the development of reading skills. She holds a specialist in education from the University of South Dakota in School Psychology. In addition, Sharon has over 15 years of experience in clinical settings providing therapy for children and families. She earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family. Areas of specialization include supporting children in adjustment to divorce, family therapy for families with teens and developing effective parenting skills for harder to manage children. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), The Nebraska Association for Gifted (NAG), National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and the Metropolitan Child Abuse Coalition (MCAC.)
