Ronald Bendorf, MD graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1962 with a BS in Medicine and an MD degree. He served in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Surgeon for eight years and then attended the Nebraska Psichiatric Institute, where he completed a residency in Psychiatry. He is
Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
He was in the private practice of psychiatry in Council Bluffs, IA for 20 years, then worked in Geriatric Psychiatry at the Immanuel Medical Center for 10 years. He has been with the Alegent Psychiatric Associates in Council Bluffs for two years and is licensed to practice medicine in both Nebraska and Iowa.
