Tim Hron, MA, LIMHP, is part of the outpatient team with Alegent Health Psychiatric Associates - Immanuel.
Tim has specialized in working with children, adolescents and their families for the past fifteen years. His experience includes providing individual, group, and family therapy in various treatment settings. These treatment settings include private practice work at The Attachment & Trauma Center of Nebraska, in-home services at Schumacher Counseling Center, treatment group home at Boys Town, as well as inpatient and partial hospitalization programs at Alegent Health Immanuel Medical Center. In addition, Tim has ten years of research experience working with victims of child abuse and neglect, parenting education, and human service outreach. Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing are key techniques Tim uses in providing mental health therapy for his patients.
Tim received both his bachelor’s degree in biology and master’s degree in counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
