Dr. Alvis earned his Doctor in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University and is completing his residency in Family Medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. Dr. Alvis grew up in Logan where his family still lives. He married his high school sweetheart, Angee and they have three children. He is committed to providing personalized and thoughtful care to the residents of Harrison County.
