Lisa specializes in the treatment of survivors of sexual abuse, as well as adult male sex offenders. She has extensive training in trauma and trauma-related disorders and has given several presentations to various providers and members of the community about such topics. Lisa is also an adjunct instructor in the psychology department at Iowa Western Community College.
Lisa completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies at Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2007. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University in 2009. She is dually licensed as a mental health practitioner in both Iowa and Nebraska.
