This is a 60 minute fun non-impact workout that includes strength, balance and flexibility. This class is for beginners and the active older adult.

Stretch To Lose
This 45 minute class will take your body through yoga, Pilates, balance, strength and flexibility exercises. There is no pre-requisite, all fitness levels are welcome.
Start your morning right with gentle stretches and yoga postures. This 60 min. class is designed for all fitness levels and experiences!
This class will focus on balance moves, based on the Yang Style 24 movements. We will use breathing patterns, focus on deep breathing and walking patterns.
