What is the Living Well workshop?
LIVING WELL is an evidence-based, chronic disease self-management workshop
designed to empower those with chronic conditions to take charge of their
health. They will receive tools and support to:
- discover healthy eating and physical activity choices
- manage stress
- learn practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue
- set and accomplish goals
- Find better ways to communicate with doctor and family about health
- and MORE!
