This class is a 6 week series (meets once a week for 6 consecutive weeks) that covers everything from the last trimester of pregnancy through the first few weeks of your baby’s life. Topics include: Real labor vs false labor, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, c- sections, post partum care, breastfeeding and baby care. If you would like, please bring two pillows to class and wear comfortable clothing. Includes a walking tour of the maternity center and refreshments each night.

This Series includes the Breastfeeding and New Parent classes. Separate registration is not needed for these classes
