This extension of the Prepared Childbirth Class is for expectant parents seeking non medicated options for childbirth. Learn how mom and coach can use breathing methods, relaxation techniques, massage, birthing balls and much more. You must complete at least the first two weeks of the Prepared Childbirth Class in order to register.
