This class is a condensed version of our Prepared Childbirth Series. Topics include: Real labor vs false labor, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, c- sections, post partum care, and baby care. This class is very fast paced and not as much time is set aside to practice breathing and relaxation techniques. New parent information is included in this class, but you are encouraged to sign up for a separate breastfeeding class. Lunch is provided.

Cost is $60 for you and a support person. You may take the Breastfeeding class for free, but you must register separately for it.
