Meditation can help cancer patients manage their symptoms and improve well
being and quality of life when combined with conventional treatment and care.
Meditation Class Schedule (Class

Cost: $36
One free introductory session for all new cancer patients/cancer survivors
and all previous participants that have attended classes will be funded through
Johnson Cancer Trust. Additional sessions will be offered for a nominal fee
of $36 per six-week session.
The $36 fee will be due to the instructor on the first night of class for
each session. Checks made payable to Alegent Health or cash will be accepted.
(A minimum of 6 participants is needed to hold class.)
What to bring to class:
Please bring a pillow and blanket to each class.
