T'ai Chi is a soft and gentle exercise for the body, mind and spirit that includes meditation and breathing exercises. It is an excellent way to improve general movement, your balance and overall well being. One free introductory session for all new cancer patients/cancer survivors and all previous participants that have attended classes will be funded through Johnson Cancer Trust. Additional sessions will be offered for a nominal fee of $36 per six-week session. The $36 fee will be due to the instructor on the first night of class for each session. Checks made payable to Alegent Creighton Health or cash will be accepted . (A minimum of 6 participants is needed to hold class.) Please bring a pillow and blanket to each class.
