Are you tired all the time? Work, kids, family, and friends. There's so much to get done in a day, sleep often is the last thing on the to do list, but you may want to rearrange that list and make sleep a top priority.
The alarm clock is a dreaded sound in the morning for many. It's hard enough for some of us to wake up. If you have a sleeping disorder, it's even harder.
Sleeping disorders are pretty common. Dr. Harvey Hopkins with Alegent Health breaks them down into two categories.
"One is being tired during the day and the other is not being able to sleep," says Hopkins.
