People in Nebraska love their Huskers. And babies born here have some familiar names – Taylor and Rex. There seems to be something of a trend in naming babies after Husker football players.

Alegent Health hospitals have seen a few of those babies – and a lot more dressed up in their Husker gear.

"On game days, our babies are in their Husker onesies. They've got Husker binkies, Husker hats (and) dads are rooting in the rooms. We have a lot of Husker activity up here," said Margie Schimonitz, of Lakeside Hospital.
