It was last December, when a Lincoln plant developed problems during the manufacture of several popular over-the-counter medications.

It led to the recall of several drugs which has made it difficult to find those drugs, especially Excedrin.

Ron Gerard, a pharmacist at Alegent Health Clinic at 132nd & Center, says people are coming in and asking for Excedrin all the time. He suggests to patients that they try the generic version.
