The Assessment Center at Lasting Hope Recovery provides crisis intervention services for individuals of all ages who present or call in a psychiatric emergency. Staffed with psychiatric trained nurses, the patient, family or referral source can be assured of timely, supportive interventions at the appropriate level of care.
The Assessment Center responds to the psychiatric crisis line. It also serves as the after-hours call center for Alegent Health Psychiatric Associates. The center determines a level of care and coordinates admissions to the appropriate service or program.
All individuals who contact the Assessment Center will be offered recommendations and treatment options. The Assessment Center will facilitate the acquisition of all emergent services.
