Alegent Creighton Health Wellness group classes are a fun and motivating way to stay fit! Classes are open to members and non-members. Members receive a discount. Below are descriptions of our classes.

Core Conditioning - focuses on strengthening the core to improve balance and posture. A variety of exercises will be used to create a new challenge in every class. This class will start at a beginner level and progress to an intermediate level as the class continues!
Circuit - This 50 minute class is a series of stations that offer aerobic and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Flirty Girl® Fitness is a fun, fit and fabulous workout that is the only cardio-intensive, dance based fitness format that implements Flirty Girl Foundation Moves for the specific purpose of challenging multiple muscle groups. You will feel fabulous doing this class while finding your inner diva!
Hip Hop Fitness - Hip Hop Fitness consists of learning hip hop dance moves, then incorporating them into a dance mixed with exercises. It helps improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
IndoRow - This is an extremely fun rowing class that works entire body by using the IndoRow machine. This 50 minute class is easy on the joints and will make your body strong.
Interval - 4 minutes cardio and 4 minutes of strength alternating that lasts 50 minutes.
Interval Basic - a 50 minute class alternating between cardio and strength every 2 minutes. Partner work using the medicine balls and tubes are also involved!
Kick Boxing - This 45 minute class of martial arts and boxing will kick your cardio fitness into shape!
Line Dancing - Learn basic line dancing skills to great music. You will get a cardio workout with this class. Any age or ability.
Move and Groove - A 50-minute class that is geared toward those wanting a very low impact class with special attention to balance and coordination. This is a great class to continue cardiopulmonary rehab, physical therapy or just to get comfortable with coming to the Wellness Center.
Personal Challenge 1 & 2 - This class involves a pre- and post-test of strength and cardio. Exercises done throughout this class are directly related to improving your strength and cardio testing. Personal Challenge 1 is suited to beginners. Personal Challenge 2 is more intense and intended for those who have either already taken Personal Challenge 1 or are in good physical condition..
Step with Butt & Gut - This class will be split into two sections. Step aerobics and strength training focusing on the butt and gut. Can be done without the step as well. Beginner/Intermediate
Total Strength is a 30 minute class that will use a variety of muscles in your body; using weighted bars, bands and your own weight. There will be a warm up and then get ready to strengthen those muscles!
TRX Body weight training simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility and core strength.
Water Aerobics - Aerobic and strength done in the water. It's a wet and wild time! This class is offered at Adams Community Aquatic Center during the summer months.
Yoga - This 90 minute class teaches the basics of yoga with posture, breathing technique and balance.
Zumba® - Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health
