Ingredients

½ cup light vanilla yogurt
¼ cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. orange juice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.  Using a wire whisk, mix until smooth.

Use as a dip for fruit (apples and pears are excellent), vegetables (celery), or with whole grain crackers.

Makes 5 servings.
