Alegent Creighton Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) includes the added dimension of personal self-management and interpersonal skills to your training and development programs. We consult with individuals, managers and groups of employees on a broad array of topics that help to remove the barriers that prevent people, teams and organizations from achieving their best. Additionally, we are sensitive to the need for cost-effective training delivery as well as the importance of offering flexible programs to address the characteristics and changing needs of our clients. We request that a minimum of ten (10) participants attend the scheduled training unless circumstances prevent this.

Alegent Creighton Health EAP customizes the format of our training programs to both the message and the audience, offering:
