salmon Appetizer

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 tsp. Bouquet Garni
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pouch (5 oz.) boneless, skinless pink salmon
2 packages (1.9 oz. each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells (sometimes spelled fillo)

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, bouquet garni, and lemon juice until smooth in a large bowl.  Beat in salmon.  Refrigerate at least 20 minutes but mixture can be refrigerated overnight for better flavor.  Spoon salmon mixture into tart shells.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
