Alegent Creighton Health welcomes media professionals to work with its Public Relations team to arrange patient interviews and stories, to obtain background information and interviews with its professionals, and to visit its facilities along with Alegent Creighton Health escorts.
The following guidelines must be followed for contacting Alegent Creighton Health to arrange interviews, videotape sessions, or photo opportunities:
- Contact Public Relations to arrange all interviews or background conversations with any member of Alegent Creighton Health’s staff. - Reporters should identify Alegent Creighton Health staff by their Alegent Creighton Health title in stories related to the staff member’s work or role at Alegent Creighton Health.
- Advance notice of on-site interviews is necessary so Public Relations staff can arrange for a room for media interviews or shoots, notify the patient care areas involved, and schedule the appropriate patients, families and Alegent Creighton Health staff for the story.
- To protect the privacy of all Alegent Creighton Health patients and families, Public Relations must accompany reporters, film crews, and photographers on an Alegent Creighton Health campus.
