To be a member of the Heart and Sole Walking Program, register online or call 1-800- Alegent to sign up. There is a one-time $10 registration fee.

An Alegent Health staff exercise physiologist is available during program hours to assist with questions concerning stretching, blood pressure and healthy activity questions regarding your exercise routine.
