The ATM is located just outside of the cafeteria on the Garden Level. From the main lobby, take the elevator or the stairs down one level.
Cafeteria
The Lakeside cafeteria is located on the first floor. From the main lobby, take the elevator down to the first floor and go down the left hallway.
Cafeteria hours:
Breakfast: 6:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Dinner 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Gift and Flower Shop
Lakeside Hospital Gift Shop welcomes your order and guarantees quick delivery to your friend or loved one.
Orders are processed:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - 4:00 p.m.

Welcome Center - Information Desk
Call 402-717-8000 (or the Welcome Desk at 402-717-8100) to get room number or visiting information regarding family or friends who are patients at Lakeside Hospital. Alegent Creighton Health will not provide any information on the status of a patient due to federal privacy regulations in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Valet Parking
Free valet parking is available at the main entrance. Hours Available: 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Visiting Hours
Lakeside Hospital supports a family-centered care environment that encourages family and friends to visit patients. Because of this belief, we do not have restricted visiting hours. Periodically, visitation may be limited because of special circumstances that may arise. We also recognize the importance of our new mothers' needs and have a nap time every day from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., however, moms do have the option of having visitors during this time. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions, please talk to a nurse or care provider.
