Spin To Lose
Spin your way to a fitter you. This 45 min. class will keep you fit and motivated for more while gently riding a spin bike over hills, terrain and intervals. This class is for beginners and the active older adult! (Warm up, Cool down, and stretch will be an additional 5 minutes each)

Heart pumping cardio on the step! Fun, high energy choreography on 2 steps.
Stretch To Lose
This 45 minute class will take your body through yoga, Pilate’s, balance, strength and flexibility exercises. There is no pre-requisite, all fitness levels are welcome.
This class will focus on balance moves, based on the Yang Style 24 movements. We will use breathing patterns, focus on deep breathing and walking patterns.
