Welcome to Alegent Creighton Health Mercy Hospital, where patients are at the heart of our patient-focused care. Our campus is designed to heal the body, mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable, less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services include a new Pavilion featuring enhancements in heart & vascular care, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging.
 Magnet Status
Magnet® recognition: it's one of the highest honors a hospital can receive - and Alegent Creighton Health Mercy Hospital has now done it twice. The American Nurses Credentialing Center has once again bestowed Magnet status to Mercy Hospital for excellence in nursing services.
Visiting Hours
Mercy Hospital does not have restricted visiting hours. Periodically, visitation may be limited because of special circumstances that may arise. We also recognize the importance of our new mothers' needs and have a nap time every day from 2-4 p.m., however, moms do have the option of having visitors during this time. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions, please talk to a nurse or care provider.
Valet Parking
To make access to our facilities easier and safer for our patients, Alegent Creighton Health Midlands Mercy offers complimentary valet parking. This service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cancer Center
The Alegent Creighton Health Cancer Center at Mercy Hospital features a highly skilled and compassionate cancer team. We provide the latest and most advanced diagnostic procedures and treatment options for all types of cancer in a healing, supportive environment. Each year, the Alegent Creighton Health Cancer Center treats more breast, colon and lung patients that anyone else in the region.
 Chest Pain Center
An accredited Chest Pain Center is located within the emergency department of Mercy Hospital. The accreditation by the Society of Chest Pain Centers is awarded to hospitals demonstrating expertise and commitment to quality patient care and treatment of chest pain. This center serves as a triage point to quickly diagnose and treat chest pain, allowing patients to receive the level of care that is most appropriate for their condition.
 Primary Stroke Center
As a Certified Primary Stroke Center, Mercy Hospital follows nationally recognized standards and guidelines for stroke care, which can significantly improve patient outcomes and limit the long-term effects of the illness. Comprehensive stroke services include specialized emergency and inpatient care, physical rehabilitation and comprehensive outpatient therapy.
Weight Management
The Alegent Creighton Health Weight Management Program at Mercy Hospital is medically monitored to ensure safe and effective weight loss. A multidisciplinary team addresses all aspects of weight loss: physicians, surgeons, nurses, dietitians, health educators, nurse navigators and fitness experts are all available to you.
