Care Coordinators. A Care Coordinator is a nurse who helps you manage your disease, keeping you on track with medications, diet, and exercise. As your partner, your care coordinator connects you to doctors, specialists and other medical resources like nutritionists, social workers, and pharmacists. As a result, you’ll have the knowledge to manage your disease.

Alegent Creighton Clinic is opening earlier, staying later and even offering Saturday hours to make sure you and your family get the care you need, when you need it. With over 100 convenient locations, there's a good chance you'll find one near work, school or home.
World Class Heart Care

TAVR
There’s hope for patients who might not qualify for conventional heart-valve replacement surgery. The Heart & Vascular Institute is the first and only health system in Omaha performing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), a milestone heart procedure that is restoring quality of life for those suffering from aortic stenosis.

3D Mammography
Alegent Creighton Health is proud to be the first in Omaha to provide 3-dimensional mammography imaging technology to our patients and community. We can offer this powerful new tool to patients who are considered high risk, have a family history or have a lump. The improved accuracy of a 3D Mammogram increases the detection rate of early breast cancer by 7 percent and may reduce the number of false-positive exams up to 40 percent.
Immanuel Rehabilitation Center
We are transforming the way we deliver acute rehabilitation by making radical changes in the treatment options available to our patients. Our new inpatient rehabilitation center offers many advantages and innovative rehabilitation technology, including ArmeoSpring, iPads and the Aretech ZeroG system, an over the ground body-weight support system to help patients suffering from ambulation or gait abnormalities.
MyHealth
The Alegent Creighton Health online patient portal MyHealth makes it easy to manage your healthcare. This new secure online environment for our patients offers appointment requests, medication refill requests, and access to your personal health record. In addition, you’ll receive daily health news and appointment reminders on your mobile phone or via email. You can also communicate with your physician's office, pre-register for maternity services and receive mammography results within 24-hours. Just another way we're making healthcare healthier.

We work to keep families healthy by partnering with organizations in our community such as Live Well Omaha and Live Well Omaha Kids that offer many resources, programs and classes. Our wellness centers are more than a fitness center - they are designed especially for people committed to improving and maintaining their health. Online, we offer a number of health risk assessments and wellness tools to help you manage your health and stay healthy. From risk assessments, to our BMI calculator, to a library of video education, we strive to keep you informed so you can make the right healthcare decisions.
Weight Management
For those looking to lose the weight and get healthy, Alegent Creighton Health Weight Management is here to help. We offer both surgical and non-surgical weight loss solutions to ensure you have a variety of options to best fit your specific need. Our no-obligation information seminars allow you to learn more about our programs and which option is right for you. Our surgical patients lose an average of 50-80% of their excess body weight, and our non-surgical patients lose an average of 47 lbs.
