Ingredients

1 oz. (1/2 cup) finely grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup light vegetable cream cheese or light cream cheese with chives
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsp. canned green chilies, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp. pimentos
10 flour tortillas

Preparation

Combine the first five ingredients until smooth.

On each tortilla, place 1 heaping Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture.  Spread over tortilla.  Roll up each tortilla.  Cut each tortilla into six small hors d'oeuvres (about 1 inch).  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 60 hors d'oeuvres.
