Step 1: Video Presentation
If you are more than 100 pounds overweight, bariatric weight-loss surgery may be the answer for you. Learn how to take the first step toward a healthier life by watching one of the presentations below. You may choose to watch either video. Each presentation is approximately 45 minutes long. Once finished, you will be asked to take an online questionnaire. Results will be sent to the Alegent Creighton Health Weight Management team who will then contact you for a consultation.
